PM Universe is billed per organisation, per month, excluding VAT. The Initiative module is 1,790 SEK/month and includes 8 active initiatives with the full toolkit — resources, planning, budget, risks, reports and more.
Add Portfolio for 990 SEK/month when you need a portfolio view; together you get 12 included active initiatives. Extra active initiatives are 179 SEK each per month. You only pay for what you use above the included allowance.
Subscriptions are handled securely through Stripe. You choose Project (and optionally Portfolio) in the app, pay by card, and manage the subscription in the billing portal — invoices and cancellation included.
You can cancel at the end of the current period and keep access until then. After that there is a short window to export your organisation’s data before the account is closed.
Access requires sign-in. Each organisation’s data is separated so teams only see their own projects and portfolio. You decide who is invited and what they can do.
Traffic is encrypted and the service runs on established cloud infrastructure. We keep the setup straightforward: clear roles in the app, no shared “everyone sees everything” default.
